This is no joke! These are the best brownies I have ever tasted.
If you like moist? If you like fudgy? If you like decadent? If you like loads of chocolate gooeyness?
This is your recipe.
There are a few must haves for this recipe.
- You must use unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa
- You must use brown sugar to create the moisture
You CAN substitute though:
- Substitute a large mashed banana for eggs.
- Substitute gluten-free flour or wheat flour for all-purpose flour.

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup (2 sticks) salted butter
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 4 eggs
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
How to Make:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees (170 C)
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Add brown sugar, sugar, oil, salt, and vanilla extract and stir well.
- Add 4 eggs and stir well.
- Add flour and cocoa and stir well.
- Add chocolate chips and stir well.
Pour into greased (I use butter to grease and extra cocoa powder to dust) brownie pan (8 x8 or 9 x 13)
Bake for 27 minutes. Test for doneness by poking a knife in middle. It should be moist but not gooey.
Cool in pan.
Cut into squares or shapes of your choice. EnJOY!!
