- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups flour
- 3/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk or milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot water
