Have you seen the cute mini ice cream cones? I usually buy them at Target but when I was at Souplantation restaurant this week, I asked the manager if I could take 12 and he said yes. You can create this adorable Easter bunny cake with the mini cones, jellybeans, chocolate bunny, and sour worms. You can even buy the pre-frosted cake at the grocery store to save you some baking time. The best part of this Easter bunny cake is that everyone gets a mini cone with each slice.

You will Need:
Baked and cooled cake – Frosted with buttercream
Buttercream (see recipe below)
Mini ice cream cones
Mint green color gel
Sour gummy worms (or licorice or twizzlers)
Disposable decorating bag
Easy Buttercream Decorator’s Frosting
1 cup softened butter
1 cup shortening (Crisco or Great Value Walmart brand are good)
6 – 7 cups of sifted powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk or whipping cream
1-2 teaspoons clear extract or flavored syrups (I use many but mostly like pure almond)
Beat butter until light and fluffy. Addd shortening until well blended. Slowly add one-half cup of powdered sugar at a time until you get the consistency you like. Add milk and extracts if needed. Beat well until smooth.
Can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
