While in Maui visiting my brother and Laura (my sister-in-love) I made them homemade pizza. They have an herb garden and I knew using the fresh basil would make for a delicious pizza.

I let the dough rise for 30 minutes. I covered dough with a towel and kept in a warm humid part of the house.
During that time I picked the fresh basil and washed it well.
I grated mozzarella cheese, sliced the tomatoes, olives and basil. All ready to put on top of the pizza.
My brother wanted a thin crust so I used a cookie sheet and spread dough out very thin. I add a small amount of olive oil on the pan to give the bottom of the crust and nice taste.
Bake pizza in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. It took 15 minutes with the thin crust, but make sure to check for browning and melted cheese every 5-10 minutes as ovens vary.
