I look forward to when my local coffee shops bring out the Pumpkin Spice coffee – usually starts the first week of September. YET, I am trying to cut back on the cost of coffee shops. Searching for Pumpkin Spice creamers, I wanted to find a creamer that was easy to make, will refrigerate well, and didn’t cost a lot in time, money and calories. So, here is my creation and it is delicious!!!
I use in my chai tea too!
The first step is the most important. It’s making the simple syrup. What is simple syrup? It’s 1:1 ratio of water and sugar you heat, dissolve and cool. I use brown sugar in this recipe, but you can use sugar, maple syrup, and other sugars of your choice.
