I am a preschool Director, so when Valentine’s Day rolls around I get ALOT of chocolate candy. Of course I would love to eat them all, but my body doesn’t welcome much sugar intake anymore.
So I created this beautiful cake using the candy and cookies I received from all the Valentines goodies. I show you on my YouTube channel how easy it is to make. I LOVE make the lace design. I just melted chocolate in the microwave, laid wax paper in a cake pan, a swirled chocolate to create a beautiful design. It only took minutes for the chocolate to firm and ready to lay onto of the cake. This is a perfect cake for a birthday, dessert, dinner party, holiday or special event.
