Apple or Pumpkin Butter Frosting

  • 1 Cup butter (2 sticks) room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup apple or pumpkin butter
  • 4 Cups powdered sugar more if needed


  • Beat butter until creamy and lighter color.
    Add pumpkin or apple butter and mix well.
    Slowly add powdered sugar 1/2 Cup at a time.
    Add more powdered sugar if you need a stiffer frosting.
    Keep refrigerated until use.
